How long does order processing take?
All of our products are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your item ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

Will my body butter melt in the mail?
Body butters may melt during hot weather. We highly recommend expedited shipping during warm seasons to shorten travel time. Due to the nature of the product, melting is possible.   • Check your tracking number (sent via email)
  • Contact your local USPS or carrier
  • If no update after 72 hours, email support@skinexpressionco.com

Item damaged or wrong?

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include order number + photo of the issue

  • We’ll resolve with a replacement or store credit if applicable
