 Processing Time

All orders are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S.

  • Orders under $75: shipping is calculated at checkout

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only

 Hot Weather Melting Disclaimer

During warmer seasons, body butters and oil-based products may melt in transit. Please consider selecting expedited shipping to reduce heat exposure.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for melted products. 

If your product arrives melted:

  • Place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes

  • Stir gently if separation occurred

Our formulas are still safe and effective even if texture changes.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@skinexpressionco.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If eligible, we will provide a store credit or replacement.

 Returns + Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our skincare and grooming products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
